About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Content Ecosystem & Talent Management: Identify and onboard video creators and MCN agencies across platforms, fostering strong talent relationships. Coordinate content production and marketing efforts to build a robust internal and external talent network, elevating both the volume and quality of content output.

  • Content Strategy & Matrix Optimization: Develop holistic content strategies for short videos, live streams, and graphic posts across multiple platforms. Curate and optimize media account portfolios to maximize reach, brand impact, and audience growth.

  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Design and execute content marketing campaigns aligned with sales events and trending topics. Collaborate with brand partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, driving user engagement, conversions, and sales performance.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior and content performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities. Refine content positioning and distribution strategies to continuously enhance engagement and commercial results.

  • User Segmentation & Ecosystem Collaboration: Implement a tiered user management system with tailored engagement strategies to boost retention and repeat interaction. Partner with product and tech teams to enhance operational tools and systems, streamlining content management efficiency.

About You

  • Currently enrolled in a university with at least six months remaining until graduation (MUST)

  • Bachelor degree or above in marketing or any related majors are preferred

  • Proficient in Chinese and English

  • Proficient in office software

  • Have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently, and be able to respond quickly to market changes

  • Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and meticulous work

  • Strong stress resistance and the ability to maintain high efficiency in a high-pressure working environment
