You will also work with teams across State Street Bank.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Investment Solutions Group (ISG):</p><ul><li><p>The Investment Solutions group manages 421.74 billion USD as of June 2024 and is a strategic partner for State Street IM’s clients that provides integrated multi-asset capabilities, total portfolio solutions, global resources and expertise.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who we are looking for:</b></p><p>Our <b>12-month Internship Program</b> is designed for high potential students like you, placing you in our most impactful roles and preparing you for future success. From day one, you will experience a collaborative and dynamic company culture.</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities </b></p><p>IS&R:</p><ul><li><p>Assisting in the execution and delivery of investment research for bespoke client projects.</p></li><li><p>Assisting in the development and publication of Thought Leadership on key investment topics of interest to State Street IM’s clients worldwide.</p></li><li><p>Updating and keeping current State Street IM’s Global Market Outlook (GMO) – Our flagship Thought Leadership publication.</p></li></ul><p>ISG:</p><ul><li><p>Work with Portfolio Management in London and the broader EMEA team on specific projects to help the PM team on day to day and week to week portfolio management and monitoring activity.</p></li><li><p>Assist the investment team in designing specific portfolio dashboards as required.</p></li><li><p>Review research produced by sell side, third party research providers and academic world.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Program dates: 22nd June 2026 – 21st June 2027 </b></p><p>You must be available to participate in the program in person in the United Kingdom, starting from day one and for its full duration. Additionally, <b>you are required to work from the office 4 days a week</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>This Program includes: </b></p><ul><li><p>A structured learning and development plan, specific job-related training, professional development, and soft skills training.</p></li><li><p>A buddy who can offer you their experience, knowledge, and guidance throughout your internship.</p></li><li><p>Dedicated networking events.</p></li><li><p>Leadership and business-related sessions with Senior Management.</p></li><li><p>The possibility to grow your professional network by joining our Employee Networks like the Professional Women’s Network, Pride, The Disability & Inclusion Network, Environmental Sustainability Network, StreetSmart Network, NextGen Network.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><p>These skills will help you succeed in this role.</p><ul><li><p>A genuine interest in global financial markets.</p></li><li><p>A pre-existing knowledge of broad financial concepts and instruments</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel data analysis, Python & VBA (preferable) programming and some familiarity with data sources such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Eikon DataStream etc.</p></li><li><p>Confidence with written and verbal communication in English and preparing presentations in MS PowerPoint.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work successfully in a self-motivated environment and collaborate closely across teams, regions and time zones.</p></li><li><p>A strong work ethics and a desire to learn.</p></li></ul><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Third year students enrolled in full time undergraduate education currently in the penultimate year of their degree, in one of the following areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Databases or related field.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What happens next?</b></p><p>Our recruitment team in India will review your application.
