Job Description

You will be working closely with the Group Sustainability department to support Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the effectiveness of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ESG platforms for ESG data tracking and performance monitoring, e.g., CapitaLand Environmental Tracking System (ETS) by conducting regular data checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate reporting

  • Support in the coordination for special projects relating to ESG data and performance monitoring

  • Perform other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, AI and Data Analytics, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Digital competence in Power App, Power Automate, and advanced Power BI

  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time accurately

  • Familiar with visualising trends from raw data and comfortable working with large data sets
