We were meant to fly. <br><br>As Intern – Risk Management you will support each department and/or function with the identification of risks and opportunities, monitoring the actual achievement of the mitigation plans.<p></p><p></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b>Essential Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist Functional Risk Management (FRM) to highlight the potential risks according to the specificity of the event</p></li><li><p>Be involved in Configuration Control Management</p></li><li><p>Help keep the issued Risk Register up to date from an admin standpoint</p></li><li><p>Learn how to update the Official Document (Risk-Sheet), where each Risk Structured methodology is collected</p></li><li><p>Help analyze and document risks and opportunities within a process and identify actions to mitigate those risks</p></li><li><p>Learn how to evaluate and resolve manufacturing material quality and supply issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering field, preferably in Management Engineering</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Italian and good level of English</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment</p></li><li><p>Passion for technology, willingness to learn from others</p></li><li><p>Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><ul><li><p>Motivated, focused on achieving goals, and able to perform effectively in ambiguous situations</p></li><li><p>Collaborative mindset with good communication skills to work across functions</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in quality or energy field or in a similar role</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Inclusion & Diversity</b></p><p>Avio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
