The six-month training program, based at the CCI BD Plant, is designed to help local individuals enhance their technical and behavioral skills

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Will be assigned to an 8-hour working shift each day. No overtime will be permitted
  • Ensure timely attendance on assigned shifts and no misconduct found in this regard
  • The apprenticeship program will include both theoretical and practical learning during the working period, with approximately 20% of the total time dedicated to theoretical instruction
  • They will work under the guidance of a Production Engineer, Foreman, or Operator for day-to-day execution
  • Maintain safe operations by strictly following all safety procedures and regulations
  • Comply with international and local food safety standards, ensuring no violations occur
  • Perform all tasks assigned during the training tenure diligently
  • Operate and handle machines while ensuring full compliance with GMP (Quality & Safety) standards and proper implementation of all measures
  • Develop thorough knowledge of assigned machinery and its functionality to enhance technical capability
  • Report any deficiencies or irregularities promptly to the assigned supervisor

  • Diploma/LTMC/TTC students with appeared results in relevant field
