Job Description

Strong partnerships drive success. In this internship, you’ll help manage and support our network of sales partners across Japan, working closely with different business units.

What you’ll do:
• Analyze partner performance and prepare reports
• Support communication and coordination with partners
• Contribute to use of new digital tools and methods with partners

Qualifications

Upper-Intermediate English required

Upper-Intermediate Japanese preferred

You should...
Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months.
Be enrolled at a university during the entire internship period.
Be willing to work hybrid, so in office and home office.
Be flexible, willing and motivated to live and work in a different culture.

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Interest in relationship management and global business
• Self-driven and comfortable working in multicultural settings

Preferred:
• Background in business, international relations, or marketing
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively in an international environment 
• Japanese is a big plus

Additional Information

Target Internship Period: July 1st to December 31st. The start date is flexible, provided it is agreed at least three months in advance for visa purposes.

*We offer a very competitive monthly net allowance of 200,000 Yen on a full-time scheme as well as the commuting fee. Housing and flight to Japan are at the responsibility of the Intern. Also you will get a full support for visa application to stay in Japan for the internship. Please note that the full visa process may take up to three months. Furthermore, applicants who intend to have an internship period for 12 months/already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance.   

****Non-Japanese Nationals (visa requirements):  
Please note that applicants who are not Japanese nationals need to be eligible to obtain the Designated Activities Visa for an internship with Bosch Japan. Therefore, only students who fulfill the following conditions are eligible to apply:
A.) Enrolled student at a university at least 3 months before the internship and during the entire internship period.
B.) Doing the internship will require your university to sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of your university curriculum when applying for your visa.
