Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SOE / Business Operations Intern to support cross-functional activities across Customer Warranty, Quality Support, Marketing Research, and departmental administration. This internship offers exposure to customer-related topics, market intelligence, documentation management, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Warranty & Quality Support

  • Support Customer Warranty-related topics, including documentation and coordination.
  • Assist in Quality Support activities and project-specific tasks.
  • Support customer audits, warranty discussions, and internal quality-related topics.

Marketing Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct marketing and market research, including information gathering and updating of market data.
  • Gather and share market news and updates on a regular basis.
  • Support monthly business data updates and preparation of market reports as required.

Department Administration

  • Support departmental administrative functions including document management, signature coordination, and document distribution.
  • Assist in Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) administrative support.

Projects & Events Support

  • Support improvement projects related to customer audits, warranty processes, and internal topics.
  • Assist in internal and external event coordination.
  • Provide basic project management support, including tracking tasks and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (data tracking and basic analysis).
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
