Description du poste

Pour accompagner l’équipe Qualité du site de Beaupréau, nous accueillons un·e stagiaire de fin d’études pour contribuer à la structuration et à l’amélioration de plusieurs processus clés.
Ce stage offre une immersion au cœur d’un site industriel électronique, avec un lien direct avec les normes et exigences notamment du secteur aéronautique.

 

1. Projet FAI – Mise en conformité de la norme EN 9102

  • Comprendre les exigences de la norme EN 9102.
  • Réaliser un état des lieux par client.
  • Participer aux FAI (First Article Inspection) sur produits aéronautiques.
  • Créer un standard FAI harmonisé et adaptable selon les clients.
  • Contribuer à l’automatisation / récupération d’informations (traçabilité composants, opérations, consommables, photo produit).

 

2. Projet AMDEC Process

  • Dérouler ou mettre à jour les AMDEC process sur les équipements.
  • Participer aux échanges avec les équipes et suivre les plans d’actions associés.

 

3. Projet Harmonisation documentaire Qualité

  • Identifier les doublons et incohérences dans les procédures Qualité.
  • Proposer une documentation claire et standardisée.
  • Valider les propositions avec le Responsable Qualité.

Qualifications

  • Bac+4/5 : école d’ingénieur ou Master Qualité / Génie industriel / Aéronautique.
  • À l’aise avec Excel et la lecture de normes.
  • Intérêt pour la FAI, les AMDEC et la structuration de systèmes Qualité.
  • Rigueur, curiosité, capacité à analyser et à échanger avec des équipes variées.
