About the Role

Help us get ahead of disease together with our SG LOC / Supply Chain Business Area Internship, 2026:

   

Education required: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business/Commerce with a focus in Supply Chain, Logistics or any related discipline.

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a credit-bearing internship.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English  

Expected Start date: January to June 2026 (based on your school’s internship period)

What will you do?  

  • Provide accurate supply chain reports (i.e. ageing, inventory, backorder, sales recon, etc) in a timely manner. 

  • Perform operational activities (i.e creation of customer, processing PO, OBD creation, etc) 

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. 3PL, commercial, etc) 

  • Communicate inventory positions and work with the business to put in place mitigation plans (if needed) to ensure continuity of supply 

  • Assist in managing & solving issues related to supply chain activities. 

  • Assist in analyzing data, identifying opportunities & establish process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain. 

  • Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned 

 

 What will you learn?

  • Receive End-to-end exposure to international supply chain (Site – First Trade Customer) 

  • Interaction with wide-range of internal & external stakeholders 

  • Day-to-day interaction with 3PL partner to manage domestic warehousing and distribution

  • Process & systems orientated 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Eye for detail and attention to rigor and process 

  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and seek the rationale behind processes and systems 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing activities and tasks 

  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to build relationship with key stakeholders 

  • Identify areas that could be improved and state a case for change 

  • Perseverance, resilience, and problem-solving skills 

  • Comfortable working with multiple technology systems (databases) and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
