About the Role

Your accountabilities

 

Administrative:

  • Drafting and preparing mailings in several languages,
  • Printing documents,
  • Filing data in Excel files and mailings,
  • Preparing meetings: agendas, PowerPoint presentations, minutes,
  • Booking business trips abroad for employees. 

 

Communication & Events:

  • Co-organizing various internal and external events,
  • Representing the company at events,
  • Co-organizing seminars in Switzerland.

 

Finance:

  • Processing, accounting, and tracking supplier invoices via SAP and Excel,
    VAT control,
  • Viewing supplier orders in SAP. 

 

Your profile

  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency with computer tools
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • Good writing skills and spelling
