About the Role

Vos responsabilités 

 

Administratif :

  • Rédaction et préparation des envois de courriers en plusieurs langues,
  • Impression de documents,
  • Classement de données dans des fichiers Excel et publipostages,
  • Préparation de séances : ordre du jour, présentations PowerPoint, procès-verbal,
  • Réservation de déplacements professionnels à l’étrangers des collaborateurs. 

 

Communication & Evènementiel : 

  • Co-organisation de diverses manifestations internes et externes,
  • Représentation de l’entreprise lors de manifestations,
  • Co-organisation de séminaires en Suisse. 

 

Finances :

  • Traitement, comptabilisation et suivi des factures fournisseurs via SAP et Excel,
  • Contrôle TVA,
  • Visualisation des commandes fournisseurs dans SAP.

  • Bonnes connaissances linguistiques en anglais et allemand
  • Bonne capacité rédactionnelle et bonne orthographe
