Importantly, BlueHeart doesn’t require any refrigerants and doesn’t generate any CO2e emissions.</p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>As a Quality Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Quality Assurance team. This internship is your gateway to understanding what quality truly means in the technology industry and how it drives business success. You will gain hands-on experience in managing operational excellence and learn how to create robust quality systems that shape products and processes.</p><p>Working closely with our Quality Lead in a 1:1 mentorship setting, you’ll develop future-ready career skills—ranging from problem-solving and process optimization to cross-functional collaboration. Mentorship motto for our Quality Lead “if you want to learn, I want to teach”.</p><p>This is an opportunity to not only contribute to real projects but also grow into a professional who understands the backbone of quality in modern tech organizations.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>• Set up and manage incoming inspection processes for components and materials.</p><p>• Act as an interim quality inspector to verify compliance with specifications and standards.</p><p>• Assist in writing and updating quality documentation such as the quality policy, management manual, and process flow charts.</p><p>• Support the update of the Quality Management System (QMS) main domain and ensure alignment with team leaders.</p><p>• Coordinate Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation and updates across departments.</p><p></p><p><strong>What </strong>We’re Looking For:</p><p>• Highly motivated student or recent graduate with an interest in Quality Assurance and Management Systems.</p><ul><li><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with quality standards and documentation practices is a plus</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Basic knowledge of QMS principles and willingness to learn</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>A passion for sustainability, clean tech, or environmental innovation is important to us!
