Marketing and Event Coordinator (3-month Internship)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly reliable Marketing & Events Coordinator Intern who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and confident in people-facing environments. This role supports marketing activities, events, and partnership engagements related to industry solutions, such as automation, digital transformation, and B2B technology offerings.

The intern will assist in communicating industry use cases, solution narratives, and value propositions through events and marketing activities, while ensuring all external-facing materials are carefully quality-checked before release. Frequent travel and on-site support are required.

• Marketing, Communication & Industry Solutions Support:
• Support execution of B2B marketing initiatives related to industry solutions and partner offerings.
• Assist in preparing marketing and event materials that highlight industry use cases, customer problems, and solution benefits.
• Quality-check all materials and communications for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before external distribution.
• Ensure industry terminology, solution descriptions, names, dates, and logistics are correct.
• Events & On-site Coordination:
• Assist in planning and executing industry-focused events (exhibitions, workshops, demos, partner sessions) across different locations.
• Travel to event sites and provide hands-on, on-site coordination and guest support.
• Confidently engage with attendees, partners, solution experts, and vendors.
• Partnership & Business Development Support:
• Support coordination with solution partners, speakers, and internal solution teams.
• Assist in preparing solution decks, briefing notes, and post-event summaries.
• Help capture insights from events related to industry needs, customer questions, and solution feedback.

• Strong attention to detail and QC mindset: Able to carefully review content and materials before any external communication.
• Responsible and structured communication: Understands the importance of accuracy when representing industry solutions.
• Extrovert / outgoing personality: Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently: Domestic travel required; flexible schedule during event periods.

• Education:
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering Management, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Vietnamese.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Plus: Design skills like Canva.
• Personal Attributes:
• Curious about industry solutions, automation, and B2B technologies.
• Able to absorb technical or solution-related information and translate it into clear communication.
• Proactive, accountable, and detail-focused.

• Exposure to industry solutions and B2B technology offerings.
• Hands-on experience supporting solution-driven events and marketing activities.
• Practical understanding of how industry use cases are communicated to customers and partners.

Working time: Monday – Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
