About the Role

  • Know well about the correct method of accounting. 

掌握所有账务处理的正确方式 

  • Appropriately deal with the banking business (payment and collection, foreign exchange transaction, bank notes transactions, ect.) 

负责公司日常银行业务 

  • Cash Management and submission of monthly cash reports. 

每月的现金收支管理 

  • Collecting the monthly expense reimbursements to staff and make sure the legality and accuracy of the original invoices. And record to the related account.   

负责收集和审核原始报销凭证，保证报销手续及原始单据的合法性、准确性、并记入费用明细。 

  • Support other routine task assigned by finance manager 

完成上级交给的其他日常事务性的工作 

  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor / manager
