You light the way.<span>  </span></p><p></p><p><b>More about the role </b></p><p>This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Product Management Intern in Eindhoven with Signify.</p><p></p><p>Grow alongside professionals and develop yourself with this internship in product management where you will get the opportunity to use your marketing skills to define new propositions and go-to-market strategies for the horticulture market. Within Signify Agriculture Lighting we create LED lights to grow a variety of crops; either in greenhouses or in vertical farm environments <a href="http://www.philips.com/horti" target="_blank">www.philips.com/horti</a> /  Philips Horticulture LED Solutions is part of Signify’s agriculture business unit. Grow lights bring additional yield, quality and predictability to the grower’s crop. We are always looking for ways to further develop meaningful solutions for our customers</p><p></p><p>Your responsibilities in this role will include:</p><ul><li><p><span>Conduct interviews with stakeholders both within Signify and externally in the horticulture market to identify end-customer needs and anticipate future market developments, providing input for the customer requirements roadmap and to create personas of our customer.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the development of a new portfolio of intelligent lighting services based on cloud-based software applications by contributing to customer requirement specifications, participating in wireframe review sessions, and assisting in value proposition development and value based pricing strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct market research on existing and emerging lighting controls and intelligent lighting solutions, including competitor offerings and other players within the horticulture ecosystem.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate innovation funnel prioritization by organizing and managing the pipeline of ideas, creating structured slide decks for stakeholder alignment meetings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare internal and external communications and briefings regarding product updates and marcom content.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>More about you</b></p><p>While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:</p><ul><li><p><span>A background and interest in product management and marketing background</span></p></li><li><p><span>Affinity and experience with technology and information technology</span></p></li><li><p><span>High accuracy and eye for detail</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical and problem-solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Capable of building relationships with cross-functional teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly organized, proactive, and friendly team player</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English and working knowledge of Dutch as many of the leading industry publications are in Dutch</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interest or affinity with the horticulture (greenhouse) industry</span></p></li><li><p><span>Preferably studying marketing, innovation management or business administration on university level</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Everything we’ll do for you</b></p><p>You can grow a lasting career here.
