📚 Objetivos Formativos – Programa CITIUS

Esta experiencia permitirá al estudiantado desarrollar competencias clave en análisis institucional, planificación estratégica y políticas públicas, alineadas con los contenidos del Máster Universitario en Ciencias Políticas, Relaciones Internacionales o titulaciones afines:

  • Estrategias de Gestión Adaptativa: Comprender el impacto de la regulación sanitaria en la industria biofarmacéutica y su repercusión en la estrategia empresarial.

  • Innovación y Desarrollo Estratégico: Identificar tendencias regulatorias y su influencia en la toma de decisiones corporativas.

  • Gestión del Cambio y Productividad: Aprender a elaborar informes de impacto para anticipar y adaptarse a cambios normativos.

  • Toma de Decisiones Basada en Datos: Desarrollar habilidades analíticas para interpretar información política y regulatoria desde un enfoque aplicado.

 Actividades Formativas

El estudiantado, bajo la supervisión del equipo de Government Affairs, participará en las siguientes actividades:

  • Recopilación y análisis de información sobre políticas y regulaciones sanitarias a nivel nacional y autonómico.

  • Elaboración de informes sobre el impacto legislativo en la compañía.

  • Colaboración en el desarrollo de planes estratégicos transversales.

  • Preparación de documentación y materiales de comunicación institucional.

  • Seguimiento de cambios en el entorno político y sanitario.

🎓 Perfil del Candidato/a

  • Titulación Universitaria: Graduados/as o estudiantes de último curso de Ciencias Políticas, Relaciones Internacionales, Derecho, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Grado en Cs de la Salud o áreas afines.

  • Inglés (nivel alto).

  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos y gestión documental.

  • Habilidades valoradas:

  • Análisis y síntesis de información política y normativa.

  • Redacción y elaboración de informes estratégicos.

  • Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.

  • Conocimiento del entorno institucional y sanitario.

  • Bolsa de ayuda de 900,00€ brutos mensuales

  • 8h. diarias en Jornada completa

  • Telepráctica semi-presencial

  • Beca de 1 año de duración

  • 25 días de vacaciones durante todo el año
