Moin, we are Team toern. Our vision: We want to change the world of e-commerce and save resources in the area of returns. For this purpose, we are developing software that makes it possible to send returns directly to the next person and thus save transport routes and packaging waste. After all, 440 million returns parcels are sent in Germany every year. That's a returns rate of 64 per cent and corresponds to 660 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. About the Role
<p>toern ist ein wachsendes AI-Startup aus Hamburg, das den Retourenprozess im E-Commerce neu denkt. Mit einer automatisierten All-in-One-Lösung hilft toern Online-Shops, Rückgaben effizient zu managen, wertvolle Insights aus Retourendaten zu gewinnen und Kundenzufriedenheit sowie Margen zu steigern. Unser Fokus liegt auf skalierbarem Wachstum, datengetriebenen Entscheidungen und einer starken Kundennähe.</p>
<p>Dafür suchen wir einen <strong>Werkstudent:in</strong> im Bereich <strong>Growth & Business Development</strong>, der/die Lust hat, wirklich mit anzupacken.</p>
<h2 id="aufgaben">Aufgaben</h2>
<p>Als Werkstudent:in arbeitest du <strong>direkt mit Alena, der Gründerin,</strong> zusammen und bist nah an strategischen wie operativen Entscheidungen:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on Unterstützung im Growth & Business Development</li>
<li>Operative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft</li>
<li>Outreach zu potenziellen Kund:innen (E-Mail, LinkedIn, etc.)</li>
<li>Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Messen & Events</li>
<li>Unterstützung bei Demo Calls (Vorbereitung, Teilnahme, Follow-ups)</li>
<li>Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von CRM- & Sales-Prozessen</li>
<li>Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2>
<ul>
<li>Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z.B. BWL, VWL, Entrepreneurship o.Ä.)</li>
<li>Starkes Hands-on-Mindset und Interesse an Startups, Growth, Sales oder Business Development</li>
<li>Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise</li>
<li>Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse</li>
<li>Erste Erfahrung durch Praktika, bestenfalls im Startup Umfeld</li>
<li>Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools ist ein Plus (Hubspot, Notion, Google Workspace)</li>
