Job Description
Robert Bosch Fuel Systems, LLC, located in Kentwood, MI, is a precision metal machining manufacturing plant that manufactures and re-manufacturers large engine diesel fuel systems. Robert Bosch Fuel Systems is part of the Bosch Powertrain Solutions division and is a worldwide leader in diesel injection technology.
We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team in Grand Rapids, United States. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our dynamic and growing organization.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist in organizing new employee orientation and onboarding sessions
- Help coordinate company events and team-building activities
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional work environment
- Knowledge or experience with AI applications is a plus
