<p>Takealot Group, South Africa’s leading online Retail / Fashion / Delivery organisation, is looking for a highly talented<strong> Customer service & Customer Insights Intern</strong> to join our team in <strong>Cape Town Distribution Centre</strong>. The Internship Programme<strong> </strong>will be split between all businesses within the Group, namely: takealot.com, TFS and Mr D.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
N6 Certificate in Customer Service, Customer Insights, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Analyse customer service data and feedback to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Support the creation, review, and optimisation of SOPs and process flows</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Assist with reporting on key metrics and performance indicators</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience, Operations, and Data to implement improvements</li>
<li>Participate in projects to optimise customer service processes and system utilisation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>This is a 12-month contract position.</strong></p>
