Global Desk Intern
  
 CSI Leasing, Inc. What to expect in this role on a given day:

  • Assist in all administrative and operations areas for U.S.-generated global accounts
  • Maintain reporting and documents to track existing global accounts\Facilitate communication with international subsidiaries to coordinate ongoing management of global accounts, including tracking documents out for signature, approval, PO’s, etc.
  • Work directly with CSI teams located in Europe, Latin America, and Asia to provide customer and team support

 
 
You will be a good fit for this position if you:

  • Are currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or International Business
  • Are interested in working in a global environment
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency required
  • Are detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
  • Maintain a positive attitude, upbeat, flexible and adaptable
  • Consider yourself to be a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
  • Are culturally sensitive and comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, management, and customers
