About the Role

Legal Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in handling corporate governance matters and drafting relevant documents for corporate governance bodies, including but not limited to minutes, resolutions, decisions, and powers of attorney for shareholders' meetings, board of director meetings, and supervisory board meetings.
  • Drafting and preliminarily reviewing all kinds of commercial contracts within the companies’ ordinary course of business, including but not limited to contracts with customers, supply and purchase, transport, services, tool manufacture, cooperation agreements, NDAs, license and distribution, etc.
  • Drafting, translating and proofreading legal documents in both Chinese and English.
  • Supporting other legal and administration work assigned by the Legal and Management.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidates shall have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Candidates who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination will be given preference.
  • Candidates who may onboard promptly, commit to at least three days of internship per week, and ensure stability during the internship period will be given preference.

Knowledge and Education

  • Candidates shall be undergraduate or graduate students majoring in law at the universities.
