Description:
Innovate, develop, and maintain functional test strategies and programs for semiconductor SSD products by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Scope:

  • Apply data science and AI/ML models for engineering projects targeting:
    • Test time reduction through predictive analytics and intelligent scheduling.
    • Manufacturing issue trend analysis using anomaly detection and pattern recognition.
    • Product analytics with AI-driven insights for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production groups to integrate AI into test programs, infrastructure, and systems for smarter manufacturing readiness.

Deliverables:

  • Improve device yield, reliability, and quality through:
    • AI-powered test condition optimization.
    • Advanced redundancy analysis schemes using machine learning.
    • Predictive data analysis and automated decision-making.
  • Provide cost-effective and innovative solutions for production test flow optimization using AI-based test time reduction methodologies and adaptive algorithms.

Stretch Goal:

  • Develop and release AI-enhanced test programs to production in a timely manner.
  • Assist process and production teams by deploying AI-driven monitoring tools and predictive maintenance models to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in AI & Data Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Embedded Systems, with equivalent experience also accepted.

  • Tools Familiarity in Python with strong programming driven by objects, MySQL/SQL, Git, ML libraries, basic semiconductor test concepts, AI Agents Creation, API integration (REST, microservices), Web Applications such as Building dynamic websites and dashboards.

  • Soft Skills : Analytical thinking and problem-solving, and Communication for cross-functional collaboration.
