RESUMO


Analisar e processar os faturamentos no que tange a área de FM Brasil a fim de assegurar o cumprimento das Instruções, objetivos e metas da área e da empresa.

 

 

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Elaborar e/ou preencher documentos e Planilhas;
  • Atender a clientes Internos e Externos;
  • Input de dados e documentos no Follownet;
  • Realizar Input de dados e informações no sistema do cliente (Pré e/ou pós faturamento);
  • Preparar set de documentação para envio de faturamento ao cliente;
  • Enviar faturamento ao cliente (email, Correios ou sistema do cliente);
  • Atualizar e controlar Sharepoint do Departamento;
  • Elaborar reports de suporte à gestão;
  • Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.

 

REQUISITOS

 

  • Formação Superior Cursando
  • Excel Intermediário
  • Inglês (desejável);
