Team Overview
We are looking for a User Growth Operations Intern to support the execution, analysis, and optimization of growth initiatives across our platform. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and growth strategy, and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning insights into action at scale.
You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to ensure campaigns, experiments, and initiatives are executed efficiently and measured rigorously.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of user growth initiatives (campaigns, promotions, experiments).
- Coordinate operational workflows across teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
- Help document and improve growth-related processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign results using internal dashboards and data tools.
- Track key growth metrics such as CAC, activation, retention, engagement, and cohort performance.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize growth initiatives.
- Assist in designing and tracking A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Help evaluate results and translate learnings into clear recommendations.
- Support continuous iteration on messaging, incentives, and targeting strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data Science teams.
- Act as an execution bridge between strategy and on-the-ground implementation.
- Support ad hoc growth projects and strategic initiatives.
Role Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
