We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to the recruitment and selection process, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the HR field.

📌 Location: Athens (North Suburbs)

📍 Working Model: Onsite

Please note that mandatory requirement is that internship must be funded by the ESPA program.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and publishing job advertisements across various channels.
  • Manage resumes, conduct initial screening, and communicate with candidates for entry-level/mass recruitment roles.
  • Participate in the organization and coordination of interviews.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities and social media presence.

Qualifications:

  • University student or recent graduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and comfort with online platforms.
  • Eligibility to undertake an internship through a program (e.g., ESPA).
