You will support medical device operations throughout the hospital, analyze equipment data to enable predictive maintenance, contribute to innovation projects including AI chatbot development, and complete a capstone project demonstrating your impact. This hands-on role bridges engineering excellence with clinical practice, offering unique insights into how technology saves lives.<br><br>Skills Needed:<br>· Technical curiosity about medical devices and healthcare technology<br>· Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration<br>· Detail-oriented approach to safety and documentation<br>· Proactive problem-solving abilities<br>· Interest in sustainability and healthcare innovation<br>· CAD experience or clinical exposure (preferred)<br><br><br>Clinical Systems & Process Improvement Intern<br>Support healthcare innovation by optimizing clinical technology and workflows across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will coordinate system implementations, analyze incidents, document workflows, build dashboards, and contribute to process improvements. You will attend governance meetings, complete Epic maintenance requests, shadow on-call analysts, and contribute to active implementation projects.
