Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in business requirements analysis and identifying solutions

  • Contribute to the design and development of automation solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools

  • Contribute to modernization of Dynamics 365 CRM with new, intuitive and highly engaging applications

  • Support the configuration and improvement of Copilot for Sales, optimizing AI-driven productivity features and user experience

  • Assist in documenting business requirements, as well as preparing training materials to support solution rollout and adoption

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related disciplines

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  • Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles and design thinking

  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365, and Azure Functions

  • Knowledge of the .NET application development lifecycle, including exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and DevOps

  • Analytical thinking and meticulous
