About the Role

Schülerpraktikum - Einblick in verschiedene Berufsbilder

 

Hierzu zählen insbesondere die folgenden Abteilungen:


Support:


•    Einführung in den Customer Service & Support
•    Erste Schritte mit der SEEBURGER Software - Business Integration Server
•    Arbeiten mit einem IT Service Management Tool
•    Reporting auf Basis von MS Excel und MS PowerPoint

 

IT-Desktop Service:


•    Kennenlernen der 4 IT Bereiche. Desktop-Service, Infrastruktur, Service Management und Cloud
•    Hardwareaufbau und -Konfiguration – Zusammenwirken von Hardwarekomponenten
•    Einführung in den internen Hardware Lifecycle. Von Neubeschaffung bis Verschrottung/Veräußerung
•    Einblick in den Alltag eines IT-Desktop Mitarbeiters. Erkennen und beheben von IT-Problemen


Selbstverständlich bieten wir auch Praktika im Rahmen von BOGY und BORS an. Da die Anzahl der Plätze hier allerdings nur in begrenzter Anzahl zur Verfügung stehen, bitten wir um frühzeitige Bewerbung, sobald der Termin feststeht.
