Your profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Professional Services team. As part of this team, you will support customer-facing project managers throughout the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in data management, project support, and customer interaction within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support customer-facing project managers during the complete project lifecycle.
  • Manage the setup and configuration of dedicated environments for each customer
  • Analyze customer data and prepare it for upload to our platform.
  • Perform quality checks on customer raw data and data on the platform.
  • Upload customer data to our platform accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of important customer meetings.
  • Configure the platform to meet customer needs.
What we need from you is:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; SQL skills are a plus.
  • High data affinity and willingness to delve into Excel files and other documents to understand and map data to our data model.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German. Other languages is a plus.
  • Basic PowerPoint skills are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
