At our Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) HUB, we provide essential services across multiple functions, including Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and more. We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Internship Program.

As an Accounting Intern, you will support the team in managing financial accounting processes for Huntsman’s EMEA entities. Your responsibilities may include: 

• Assisting with month-end close activities 

• Supporting the preparation of financial statements 

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls 

• Contributing to internal and external audits 

• Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities 

About You 

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree (including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Economics). 

• You are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support. 

• You are well-organized and you have strong communication skills. 

• You can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. 

• You are interested in developing your skills in one of the areas that we offer and want to kick start your career in the corporate environment. 

• You have basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools would be an advantage.  

• You are available at least 30 hours/week.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months). 

• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program. 

• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week). 

• Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 

• A friendly and stimulating atmosphere, with the possibility to work with experts in their field within a global company and the chance to develop your career based on your ambitions, while building a professional network. 

• A modern office in the city center for a newly established Hub, with coffee/tea/fruit (and more) available to you.
