Join us in shaping the future of architecture and design in the Southeast!</p></div><p>We are currently seeking an ambitious <strong>Architecture Intern</strong> to join our <strong>Asheville&nbsp;</strong>office. You are passionate about customer service to our internal team; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.</p> <p><strong><u>A Day in the Life:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Work side by side in a team environment with our Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals&nbsp;on active production projects</li> <li>Discover your areas of interest and work with talented mentors</li> <li>Apply your educational experience in a dynamic professional design setting</li> <li>Gain exposure to projects across sectors, markets, offices and the firm</li> <li>Participate in community service and outreach occasions supporting local and national organizations</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Your Strengths as an Intern:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical production skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents</li> <li>Proficiency in Revit is preferred</li> <li>Working knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus</li> <li>Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA</li> <li>Possession of a strong moral and ethical responsibility to the principles of sustainability</li> <li>Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills</li> <li>Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills</li> <li>Understanding of the design and procurement processes</li> <li>Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challenges</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What You Bring To The Table:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent field of study</li> </ul> <p><strong>A cover letter, resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required.</strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><u>Life at LS3P</u></strong></p> <p>Together, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.</p> <p>Our values articulate our beliefs and ground us in a common culture.
