Apply today to join Northmarq for a transformative Summer 2026 experience!</p> <p><strong><u>Position Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Financial Analysis</strong> <ul> <li>Populate financial models with key data to assist in investment analysis and decision-making processes.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Market Research</strong> <ul> <li>Conduct market surveys and update rent comparables.</li> <li>Gather insights on market trends through news articles, third-party reports, and other resources.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Offering Memorandum (OM) / Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) Preparation</strong> <ul> <li>Support the team by refreshing statistics and updating location overviews.</li> <li>Assist in the research and preparation of key investment highlights.</li> <li>Help create BOV presentations, including organizing photos, rent comps, and more.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Offer Review</strong> <ul> <li>Assist in the review of offers and input data into offer matrices for analysis.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Networking &amp; Professional Development</strong> <ul> <li>Participate in internal meetings and client calls to gain exposure to real-world client interactions.</li> <li>Attend property tours, networking events, and industry gatherings with Northmarq professionals.</li> <li>Conduct key interviews with Northmarq’s partners, gaining insights into various real estate functions.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What We're Looking For:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.</li> </ul> </div>
