<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>
<p>The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, steward relations, and HR-related projects. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment cycle, employee engagement programs, and HR data analysis to enhance processes. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking practical HR experience in a dynamic environment. This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager.</p>
<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Gain an understanding of the full recruitment cycle (i.e., sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding)</li>
<li>Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to support the recruitment process</li>
<li>Gather feedback from new hires, track key onboarding metrics, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the steward experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Steward Relations and Communication:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft newsletters, coordinate meetings, and develop communication materials to foster transparency and engagement</li>
<li>Identify workplace trends through steward feedback and recommend strategies to improve organizational culture</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>HR Data Analysis and Process Improvement: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Track and analyze recruitment, onboarding, and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Assist in developing reports and presentations with data-driven insights to support HR decision-making</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>What you need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management</li>
<li>Proficient in both oral and written communication, with strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn and contribute to new projects and initiatives</li>
<li>Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams is required</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Other Position Details:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$17 - $18 per hour, depending on experience</li>
<li>25-40 hours per week (flexible, Monday through Friday, based on scheduling)</li>
<li>2 full months – June 1st, 2026 through August 7<sup>th</sup>, 2026</li>
<li>End of internship presentation to company leadership (last week)</li>
<li>First round interviews will begin in mid-January</li>
