The Programme

Are you keen to get a head start in your career in DBS?

Join us for our Structured Internship Programme where you can learn and grow on the job!

Our Structured Internship Programme is a 10 – 12 weeks structured internship for university penultimate and final year students. Seize the opportunity to gain practical on-the-job experience and develop your soft skills through presentations, project work and collaborating with stakeholders. You will also experience mentorship and networking opportunities with senior management and your peers.

You will gain practical on-the-job experience in one of these tracks:

  • Consumer Banking Group (CBG)
  • Global Financial Markets (GFM)
  • Global Transaction Services (GTS)
  • Institutional Banking Group (IBG)
  • Private Banking (PB)
  • Technology & Operations (T&O)

 

Eligibility

Candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university

Able to commit to a full-time internship for 10 – 12 weeks between May to August

Passionate to embark on a career in banking

Experience in leadership roles and managing challenging projects

Self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable, creative, decisive, resilient and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
