在这一职位上，您将：

  • 整合核心银行、信用卡及移动端等多源客户数据，构建统一、洁净的客户视图与标签体系；
  • 梳理零售产品从开户到交易的关键环节，建立指标并定期输出洞察，驱动相应运营举措；
  • 搭建可视化看板，跟踪营销活动响应率和银行核心产品转化指标；
  • 协助建立客户关系管理策略，支持营销的精准触达。

任职要求：

  • 计算机，统计，数学，金融等相关专业，本科或研究生，25 届及以后毕业；
  • 英文读写能力好，能看懂及书写外文技术文档，英语6级为佳；
  • 熟练使用SQL和Python；
  • 专业知识基础扎实，对新事物新事物、新技术，有较强的学习能力，喜欢挑战。执行力强，具有优秀的团队合作精神、敬业精神。
