About the Role

About our group:

We are the Site Finance Team in the Media Operations manufacture components for hard disk drive, our team support the operations from inventory control, assets management to financial performance.

About the role - you will:

This position is focus on financial planning and working closely with our business partners to manage the financial performance.

  • Consolidate and analyze weekly financial outlook and actuals.

  • Assist in timely corporate submission, financial operation metrics & cost control tracking.

  • Involve in quarterly budgeting, closing and forecast process.

  • Support in fixed asset & costing function.

  • Involvement in other projects

  • Annual PI

  • Correlation & Data Analysis

  • Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Department Event

About you:

  • Proactive and positive attitude

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible able to handle multi-task

  • Able to commit a 6 month credit bearing internship (June to Dec)

Your experience includes:

  • Microsoft office and accounting software such as SAP or similar

  • Knowledge in other software and analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Python, Knime, Alteryx, etc)

  • Currently Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Finance or Accountancy, or any relevant fields

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
