About our group:
The Operations and Strategy Management (OSM) team plays a pivotal role in guiding the integration of SAFe Agile and DevOps practices within the Global MES development teams, with a growing emphasis on AI/ML innovations. As key drivers of the ML Space initiative, the OSM team ensures that machine learning capabilities are seamlessly integrated into our manufacturing ecosystem, supporting our vision for smarter, data-driven operations. This team lays the foundation for service management processes and champions Agile methodologies as Release Train Engineers (RTE), embodying Agile principles and values throughout the organization. Beyond managing both on-premises and cloud-based development environments, the OSM team is proactive in adopting and leveraging new technologies, including DevOps CI/CD pipelines that are critical for deploying AI/ML models. Through these efforts, the OSM team aligns with our company's strategy for innovation and agility, enabling teams to deliver effectively within the shortest, sustainable lead times while driving the adoption of advanced AI/ML solutions.
