We offer the following options:

Student Traineeship – For students who want to gain long-term practical experience alongside their studies

• Objective: complement theoretical studies through supportive tasks in AVL's daily business and project work
• Areas of work: technical and commercial in Engineering, Measurement & Test Systems, and Simulation Solutions
• Time frame: part-time employment, up to 20 hours/week, minimum one year
• Application period: ongoing
• Requirements: actively pursued studies in the "greater Graz area"; positive academic performance

Mandatory Internship – For students who must complete an internship as part of their curriculum

• Objective: gain practical experience according tu curriculum requirements; supportive tasks in AVL's daily business and project work
• Areas of work: technical and commercial in Engineering, Measurement & Test Systems, and Simulation Solutions
• Time frame: up to six months, usually full-time (38.5 hours/week)
• Application period: ongoing
• Requirements: mandatory internship required by the curriculum; actively pursued studies; positive academic performance

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours is based on the collective agreement for salaried employees in the automotive industry (Fachverband Fahrzeugindustrie). The actual salary will then be determined depending on your training, qualifications, experience as well as your future job and the number of hours you work for us
