We are a sustainable and thriving client and people focussed organisation, committed to doing the right thing. Increasing our talented workforce is imperative to maintaining a proactive and competitive business, which is why our study support package and dedicated training team are always on hand for guidance throughout our graduate programme and beyond. Many students who have completed our summer internship have gone on to develop their career with us after university as part of our graduate programme. Look at what a recent summer student has to say: “As a Summer Intern, I worked on a range of projects including helping to develop a new process for calculating insurance reserves, debugging code on systems such as Tyche as well as helping to create reports and presentations for clients. ILC fosters an incredibly supportive culture where the whole team is friendly, enthusiastic and willing to help. Another aspect that stood out to me was how knowledgeable everyone in the team was and how willing they were to answer my questions and share their knowledge (for example, I never knew that David Beckham insured his legs)! There is also a wide range of social events on offer at BW, my personal highlight being the ILC karaoke social. However, there were many other great events as well, such as sporting tournaments, weekly office drinks and the ILC welcome lunch.” (Tristan – London) Our Insurance & Longevity Consulting Summer Internship Programme 2026 We run an eight-week paid summer internship programme in our Insurance and Longevity Consulting team that offers first class training and work experience.
