In addition, you will be tasked with supporting the Sales Engineering team with researching, analyzing, developing, and documenting compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of KnowBe4's products to prospective customers.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with researching, analyzing and developing business value assessments for KnowBe4 products across various customer scenarios</li> <li>Assist with compiling and analyzing competitive intelligence reports, feature comparison matrices, and differentiation documentation for top competitors in the security awareness and human risk management space</li> <li>Shadow Sales Engineers and Sales Architects in a wide array of technical and business matters, including customer demonstrations, Proof of Value (POV) evaluations, and strategic account engagements</li> <li>Assist with cybersecurity trend research regarding developing industry challenges, emerging threats, and their impacts on organizational security posture</li> <li>Support the creation or improvement of templates, presentation materials, playbooks and tailored collateral</li> <li>Research new business analysis techniques and sales engineering methodologies to make Sales Engineering deliverables and presentations more efficient</li> <li>Research developing cybersecurity awareness and human risk management trends in relation to new evolving technology in the workspace</li> <li>Complete projects related to business case development and technical sales support as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Majoring or experience in any of the fields: <ul> <li>Business Administration</li> <li>Cybersecurity</li> <li>Information Technology</li> <li>Computer Science</li> <li>Marketing</li> <li>Data Analytics</li> <li>Related fields</li> </ul> </li> <li>Research experience using business databases, market intelligence platforms, or academic research tools</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to positively interact with persons at all levels of our organization</li> <li>Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li> <li>Proficient in the use of data analysis and visualization tools</li> <li>Talent for multi-tasking, being results oriented and organizationally proficient</li> <li>Team oriented and willing to help others to achieve success</li> <li>Ability to develop creative solutions</li> <li>Ability to think and act independently</li> <li>Ability to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with Sales Engineering team members and cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Self-reliant with the ability to innovate and introduce change showing sound judgment and pragmatism</li> <li>Technical sales or business analysis experience is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Our Fantastic Benefits</strong></p> <div class="gmail_default">We offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
