Your mission:
In this role you will be a member of our People team and work closely with People Managers and Associates. You will support on HR processes, initiatives on performance, culture & engagement and compliance and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Support the People Business Partner and local managers across core HR processes like people planning, job evaluations and pay changes, gaining hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR activities.
- Support Talent Acquisition activities, including coordination of recruiting processes and internship programs.
- Assist in the delivery of Performance Management processes and selected transformation initiatives.
- Support onboarding and exit processes, helping to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Support training initiatives, benefits administration (medical, transport, wellness) and coordination with external vendors.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, as well as supporting Compliance activities and related trainings.
- Contribute to HR projects and day-to-day People activities at the Milan Headquarter.
Qualifications
A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Economics, Management or similar HR-related fields.
Previous experience in HR through extracurricular internships or similar practical experiences (ideally one or more internships), preferably in a multinational environment.
A proactive and well-organized mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with different stakeholders.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Fluency in Italian and good working knowledge of English.
Good command of MS Office; exposure to payroll or time & attendance systems is a plus.
