About the Role

Growth Analytics and Operations Intern

Job Type: Full-Time, temporary (4-6 months)

Atlanta, GA and Remote (United States Only)

Job brief: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Growth team, our Bark Community Partners team, and our Operations team. In this role, you will work with members of the Growth and Bark Community Partners (BCP) teams to provide analytics support and to help scale our affiliate and partner channels, and with members of our Operations team to help with logistics and operational tasks. This position is ideal for a candidate who is a quantitative problem-solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting a mission-driven company focused on child safety.  This is a full-time engagement, reports to the CCO, but with day-to-day management from leaders in other teams.


Job responsibilities:

  • Organizing growth marketing content trackers
  • Tracking campaign metrics
  • Analyzing partner campaigns to assess what is working and what isn’t
  • Prospecting for new partners, based on the profile of existing successful partners
  • Quality Assurance for partner content
  • Responding to partner inquiries (via Hubspot inbox)
  • Help organize operational logistics
  • Other tasks or special projects, as needed. 


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and AI tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
