About the Role

About the Role: 

The Engineering Co-op will work on an engineering team and assist in the planning and execution of capital projects. They will assist individuals in a variety of areas such as building schedules and budgets, drafting, obtain and analyze quotes, manage contractors, support equipment start-ups or improvement projects, and other project related activities as assigned by their manager.  A successful individual will be able to communicate as appropriate to both staff and management to ensure a collaborative work environment for the successful completion of projects. 

  • You will commute to our office in Carey, OH 
  • You will work cross functionally with members of the project team 
  • You will utilize Excel, Project Professional, and AutoCAD to develop project details 
  • You will participate in troubleshooting events as needed 
  • You will participate in other assigned engineering tasks 
  • Opportunity for part-time or full-time hours

   Who You Are: 

  • College Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields
  • Strong math and analytical skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong work ethic 
  • You have experience in 2D and 3D modeling programs (preferably AutoCAD, Inventor, and Fusion)
  • High sense of urgency 
  • Detail oriented  
  • Ability to integrate new technology into business environment  
  • Looking to build your career
