We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span class="text-big">LOCATION:</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span class="text-big">Role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working both virtually and in office when required.</span></p><br><h2 class="ps_header-group">Position Summary</h2><p style="text-align:justify;"><span class="text-big">This is a paid Summer Internship Program (early June to early August).</span></p><br><h2 class="ps_header-group">Duties And Responsibilities</h2><p><span class="text-big">As an intern with our Information Management (Quality) group, you’ll gain experience by participating in tasks including but not limited to:</span></p><ul><li><span class="text-big">Assist with handling information and records according to internal standards and processes.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Support efforts to centralize access to information through the company’s Intranet to improve efficiency.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Help Information Coordinators manage the lifecycle of information (creation, storage, retrieval, archival).</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and explore automation opportunities as technology evolves.</span></li></ul><p><span class="text-big">Your responsibilities will align with your experience and educational background to provide real-world application of classroom knowledge. You’ll work closely with a mentor to achieve your developmental goals and meet performance expectations.</span></p><p><span class="text-big">This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and accelerate your career with a global leader in oil and gas, aerospace, and entertainment industries.</span></p><br><h2 class="ps_header-group">Qualifications</h2><p><span class="text-big">REQUIRED:</span></p><ul><li><span class="text-big">3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Library and Information Science.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Minimum 3.0 GPA.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">No relocation or housing assistance is being offered.</span></li></ul><p><span class="text-big">DESIRED:</span></p><ul><li><span class="text-big">Experience in configuration and data management of engineering systems.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Experience with Web-based data application and data management.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Demonstrates knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of document control.</span></li><li><span class="text-big">Experience in design, development, and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, workflows, and custom applications using Power Automate and PowerApps.</span></li></ul><br><h2 class="ps_header-group">Additional Information</h2><p style="text-align:justify;"><span class="text-big">This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office.
