About the Role

Introduction

Step into the world of our Trade Marketing Team, dedicated to the vibrant Ho.Re.Ca (On Trade) channel! As we fuel the growth of our flagship brands (Corona, Leffe, and Stella Artois), you will play a pivotal role in bringing our Trade activities to life, monitoring KPIs, and supporting Sales team projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and strategic planning of Trade activities: contests, sales incentives, promotional leaflets, and POC executions.
  • Dive into performance analysis and KPI tracking, contributing to internal reports that drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross functional alignment with  Sales, Marketing, and Brand Content Deployment teams.
  • Manage external relations with agencies and suppliers (graphic agencies and suppliers of materials for points of sale).
  • Monthly monitoring of expenses for services and materials for POCs related to Trade Marketing On Trade

 

Desired Profiles:

  • Master's degree or specialized degree (Management, Economics, Marketing...)
  • Fluent in Italian with a good  English level
  • Previous work/internship experiences are a plus

  • Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, data analysis capacity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
