Internship description:

What will you do during the internship?

  • Analyze sales data, market trends and promotional performance to identify insights.

  • Work closely with the team to support their daily activities related to P&L management of the customers.

  • Support the preparation of customer presentations, reports and business reviews.

  • Assist in coordinating promotions and commercial activities with internal teams and retail partners.

  • Maintain and update customer and product information to ensure accurate commercial tracking.

Internship duration:

At least 3 months.

Learning opportunities:

70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.

10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for financial and commercial data.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.

  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and take initiative in a fast-moving environment.

  • Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong plus, and interest in FMCG and retail is highly valued.
