Product Managers are responsible for working with cross-functional teams and customers, managing products from cradle to grave, justifying new product development investments, determining and documenting new product requirements, and facilitating product rollout. If you’re self-motivated, intellectually curious and motivated by designingand developing innovative products for global organizations, you could be a good fit for our team. Candidates will work in our Pune office with a flexible, in office work schedule.</b><br><b>What will you be doing?</b><br><b>This position is responsible for…</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Serve as the voice of the customer (internal and external) for the product</b></p></li><li><p><b>Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders</b></p></li><li><p><b>Create and document product requirements and use cases</b></p></li><li><p><b>Define product features and functions, and work closely with User Experience team on personae definition and product UI designs</b></p></li><li><p><b>Present innovative product ideas and user interface designs to customers to garner feedback</b></p></li><li><p><b>Conduct design reviews of use cases and user interface designs with Development, QA, Architecture, Professional Services and other internal stakeholders</b></p></li><li><p><b>Work closely with architects to understand system tradeoffs for various approaches</b></p></li><li><p><b>Facilitate discussions around design and implementation approaches to ensure the best approach is selected, meets the requirements and aligns with company direction and timelines</b></p></li><li><p><b>Work with scrum team to author, groom and prioritize user stories for product features and functions</b></p></li><li><p><b>Participate in scheduling, coordinating and planning product development releases with Development and QA</b></p></li><li><p><b>Work closely with Development, QA and Architecture to resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle</b></p></li><li><p><b>Participate in bug triage and prioritization</b></p></li><li><p><b>Review and accept features upon completion of development and testing</b></p></li><li><p><b>Support and adhere to the release process</b></p></li><li><p><b>Provide status updates on the Product Release efforts</b></p></li><li><p><b>Serve as product expert; provide secondary support to Sales and Professional Services</b></p></li><li><p><b>Work with Marketing to contribute to creation of marketing materials and messaging</b></p></li><li><p><b>Provide demos, presentations, support analyst briefings</b></p></li><li><p><b>Perform competitive analysis</b></p></li></ul><p><b>In this role you will…</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Partner with decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver success and help our customers achieve the desired business value</b></p></li><li><p><b>Partner with internal teams (Product Management, User Experience, Technical Communications, Services, Support, Engineering, Architecture) to ensure coordination and alignment leveraging all necessary parties to ensure our success</b></p></li><li><p><b>Drive engagement and/or strategy, leveraging our internal partners to build a roadmap tailored to the business priorities, accelerating their time to value</b></p></li><li><p><b>Proactively make recommendations that provide a direct P&amp;L impact, and enhance or expand the customer’s ability to reach beyond their business goals</b></p></li><li><p><b>Apply TraceLink product, business process, methodology &amp; ecosystem knowledge to drive effective programs</b></p></li><li><p><b>Proactively build and expand business relationships that enable better product quality,&nbsp; time to delivery and customer satisfaction</b></p></li></ul><p><b>What we’re looking for</b><br><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Strong interest in product management, supply chain solutions, and technology.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Familiarity with basic product management concepts and tools is a plus.</b></p></li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Please see the <a href="https://www.tracelink.com/legal-and-trust/privacy-policy">Tracelink Privacy Policy&nbsp;</a>for more information on how Tracelink processes your personal information during the recruitment process and, if applicable based on your location, how you can exercise your privacy rights.
