About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support show unit tours, presentations with potential clients

  • Collect market new launch info and summary survey reports for Sales Manager analyze competitor products 

  • Support Admin works related to perform CDD check, check Deposit Contracts, Sales and Purchase Agreements and assist buyers to sign sales documents, prepare Payment Certificate, Buyer Promotion Payments, Agent Commission Payment

  • Support to provide Agents about project info and support Agent buyers during Sales Gallery and Show Unit visit

  • Support team sales during sales event, training agents

  • Reviews and report each agent’s media activity daily to ensure all posts contain accurate and up-to-date information

  • Create Media content and key messages are provided to agents every day to maintain consistency and clarity across platforms.

  • Assist in preparing and updating media messages on a daily and weekly basis, with special attention given to event days.

  • Collaborates closely with agents to coordinate with customer invitations, manage registration processes, and follow up on visits to the sales gallery.
