实习要求:
1.本科学历,自动化/机械/电气/机电/计算机/制药等相关专业;有志在药品生产行业学习发展的优秀学生(2026年毕业),优秀专科学历也可考虑;
2.具有积极的学习与工作态度,良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神;
3.实习期6个月以上优先,提供实习证明,免费提供食宿,班车;
4.该岗位实习期需要早班/中班,每班8小时,双休。
实习内容:
1.生产运行:参与生产各个工段的学习与实操;
2.产品质量控制:确保生产过程中各环节符合国家GMP要求,公司总部GMP要求,操作按标准、操作程序执行,使产品质量得到有效保证;
3.设备维护与管理:有效进行日常的设备使用、清洁、维护与模具更换工作,使设备处于有效运行与管理之中;
4.新产品与新工艺:为保证新产品、新设备与新工艺再生产及包装过程的顺利实施,参与新产品试制;协助主管制定相关操作规程,并有效培训本岗员工,使之能顺利进行;
5.遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定,并完成EHS相关工作。
