Internship Job Description

 

Duration: 10-12 weeks, 40 hours/week (Flexible based on school/program requirements)

This internship is a hands-on program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Rockingham Cooperative, our business model, and operations. Interns will be assigned to a specialty role, aligning with their strengths and interests, that will gain them valuable experience working alongside a network of professionals in the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit reports on assignments and hours worked that adhere to school regulations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and contribute to impactful tasks
  • Undertake and complete a project(s) aligned with business goals and objectives, presenting results to senior management
